High Frequency Furnace

High frequency furnace is a kind of induction furnace. Induction furnace can be divided into three types according to frequency of AC: power frequency furnace, medium frequency furnace and high frequency furnace.

High frequency current of high frequency electric furnace flows to induction loop or heating coil of other shapes wound by copper tube, which produces alternating electromagnetic field. The material to be heated is put in induction loop. electromagnetic induction generates eddy current in the material, and electric energy is converted into heat energy by effect of resistance, which makes material temperature rise.

Unique advantages of high frequency furnace:

1. The fastest heating speed is less than 1 second (speed can be adjusted and controlled);

2. It is easy to install and connect power supply, induction coil and inlet and outlet pipes; small in size, light in weight and easy to use;

5. Less power consumption, about 70% less than old high frequency electronic tube equipment, the smaller of workpiece, the less power consumption;

Usages:

1. Heat treatment: partial or whole quenching, annealing, tempering and diathermy of various metals;
